Finley Motel by the lake

Despite its proximity to the busy highway, my room (the nearest to the highway) was remarkably quiet. I would recommend this motel to anyone seeking accommodation in Finley. Two double beds, fridge, kettle, all the things that come with a motel, and very low price. Will note it down for future stays, as I came to it by chance. Next time I will come to it by intention.

Loved it. Very nice owners. Pets welcome. With the lake across the road, it was a wonderful place to walk my dogs, and they loved it. Recommended.

Clean and well maintained motel. WIFI works great. Room 5 had a nice remodelled bathroom. We called to let them know we would be arriving late, the women I spoke to had broken English but was easy to communicate with and was accommodating to our late arrival. Would stay again if passing through.

Lovely. Comfy and private. The clerk did not speak any English but that didn’t bother me. The room was very clean and very well equipped. It was a really lovely relaxing night after a long and crumby departure from Melbs. Highly recommend for a night on the road. I would recommend getting your meal elsewhere before you get to Finley. It is all priced for tourists. The motel was a great price and a lovely relaxing pit stop. They used to have their own restaurant but it is not currently operating.

I like this Motel, went there twice and would return again. Generally, I found Finley a great little town to visit. All the people I spoke with were very friendly - at the motel, servo, IGA & coffee shop - Nikki's Teapot Cafe. A nice country town and a place I would happily choose to visit again. Love it when a complete stranger stops to have a yarn in a carpark and then wishes me well on my trip. :-)

Clean room and comfy beds. Just what we wanted for a quick stop over. Will stay longer next time. :-)

Oh my goodness what a surprise - let's be honest when you have a dog you don't have high hopes when booking a motel room but this is marvelous. It is truly clean (and as an ex housemaid I know what I'm looking at) the rooms are quiet and charming and there was no dog surcharge. Dennis is lovely and welcomed me like I was missed . It maybe a bit out of the way but well worth the trip. Will definately book again when oassing. Even the garden out the front is delightful

Good service and nice friendly staff. It is close to a lot of Finley restaurants and IGA and the lake. The room is comfortable and the shower and toilet is nice. No faults

Great place to stay! Lovely friendly helpful staff. Dog friendly! Air conditioned, large TV, ensuite bathroom, comfy bed, very clean room. Would visit again!

Extremely comfy beds and pillows. Fantastic price. This is the place to sray at in Finley And very honest guy. My daughter left her macbook on the bed and they called straight away. Too bad i was back in Melbourne but we got it back.
