I recently used Floyd’s to transport an antique piano from Glen Innes to Brisbane. Communication from the outset was clear and responsive. An unavoidable delay in delivery was promptly communicated to me, with a new date and time provided immediately.
The professional handling of this heirloom piano was greatly appreciated by all involved. Would highly recommend Phil and Sal.

Floyd's removals and storage are fabulous. "Shift Happens" - but no s..t happens with them. We have used them three times now and have been impressed with their happy personalities and diligent loving care they took in shifting our stuff.

We had 1 day to move our stuff out of the gold coast area as we had a screw around with CBD removelest. They were responsive last minute on a Friday and had our stuff at our new place in NSW the next day. Friendly and always keen on a chat while packing your gear in the new place. Really happy with the service.
