Country Simplicity

This was such a great find as both a coffee and a craft shop. The owners were very friendly, providing local information too. Coffee and home-made scones (always on the menu) were delicious. Had a chatty and enjoyable experience for nearly an hour with the owners and other locals. We will certainly call in again when visiting or passing through Cobar.

I was delighted to have received great and informative information about products. Lovely customer service. Absolutely wonderful unique and special things to buy. And afternoon tea was so delicious. I will be going back.

Have been to Cobar several times on my travels from the Big Smoke (Sydney). I discovered Country Simplicity on my first visit and always make a prilgramage there every time I'm in town. They have a great range of gifts for everyone, at reasonable prices. On my first visit I found a beautiful Turkish plate (From Turkey), reminding me of our recent trip! To add the icing on the cake is the delicious tea/ coffee and cakes! Last trip I gathered a sample of tasty fudge, home made that morning, wonderul indulgence. Thank you Jaquie

Amazing gift shop with a great variety of beautiful and quirky items. The coffee was good too. The service was lovely. The shop is worth stopping for on your trip through town.

Always a pleasant experience when dropping in to Country Simplicity. Greeted with smiles and laughter, a huge varieties of teas to choose from, delicacies galore and then there are the amazing gifts to browse through.

A lovely place to stop for home made cakes and among the best scones you will find anywhere. Specialty kitchen and homewares if you ever need to make your house feel like a home.
