Dunedoo Swan Motel

Stayed for 4 weeks and loved every minute, right next door to the pie shop. Beds were great to sleep in

If you are planning a stop in Dunedoo don't look past the Swan Motel.
The rooms are a decent size, tastefully decorated and have reverse cycle air conditioning. The bathroom has heat lamps which is a plus for the colder months
Pubs and local supermarket are a short walk away.
Clean and tidy, friendly owner you really can't ask for much more👍

We had a lovely time at The Swan Motel.
Room was great so comfortable and nice with facilities for a nice cuppa when we arrived and Julie went out of her way to make us feel very welcome.
Highly recommend staying here.

Most comfortable bed I've sleep in for weeks. Pleasant reception staff. Nearby hotel did fantastic takeaway. Just check the thermostat in the minifridge. My left over salad and chicken I was planning to have fir breakfast was frozen solid! My fault- had an early departure.

Ideally located centre of Town.
I had room 1 . Very quiet. And clean.
2 min walk to local hotel 🏨
Lots of parking. The staff are very friendly. I only booked last minute. Highly recommended

It's not luxury. Good basic country motel. Showing its age a bit (but see update response below) and definitely a charmer. Pricing great. Excellent free Wi-Fi. Comfortable and clean. Staff very nice. Easy walk to cafe restaurant, convenience store and pub. Down the back is quieter (big trucks use highway). Side road access available. Gravel car park.

I booked a room last minute, staff we're extremely accommodating, even put the heaters on for our arrival. Beds where comfy, rooms where very clean, coffee shop right out the front, park across the road for the kids. recommend and would defiantly stay again 🤗

Ann drove out early to meet us bc we broke down at the local servo with two kids and a storm was rolling in. The hotel is by far the best we've stayed in. It's got a huge communal area and it's very clean. Amazing service from super friendly people too. Can't go wrong.

Clean comfortable room. Excellent service. Manager is an awesome lady. We arrived very late and the heater was on and the room was comfy and cosy

Great spot, bakery right out the front for your breakfast.

Basic ,,but Very friendly ,warm heating and electric blanket ,on a very cold night. All good.
