I absolutely loved my lunch here. The food was great, view was amazing and the customer service was probably some of the best I’ve experienced in my life. We started the meal outside but as a storm grumbled we were moved inside with ease. The staff were extremely accommodating and lovely, nothing was too much trouble. We had the scallops, mussels and Greek medley, which were all lovely. But the service really made this place shine!

Beautiful Cafe in a beautiful location with beautiful food and lovely staff.
It's also a beautiful drive out to Byabarra. Well worth going, but suggest to book as there was a lot of reservations on a Friday lunch.
I had Vietnamese chook on summer salad and my wife had Greek medley skewers. Both yummy.

Coming from Wingham this is such a beautiful place to end up on a Sunday drive. The food and service can't be faulted. We had a beautiful late autumn day today and were seated outside and it was glorious. Highly recommend either of the mussel dishes but all the meals were delicious.

Fabulous location in the hills with a great view. The menu is varied and all the dishes we had were beautifully presented and very tasty. Better than most restaurants in Port Macquarie. My only issue was the main meals could have been hotter.

Wow, just wow. Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend booking so they can make sure you have a table and can allocate staff. When people walk in and not book they might not have the staff on because they weren't expecting them. Most friendly staff, beautiful food and amazing view

Was blown away by our lunch here considering the cafe looks so unassuming from outside. Awesome atmosphere, fantastic view out the back even though it was raining and misty.
Could not fault the delicious food or service. Will definitely stop here again.

Gorgeous meal of mussels and excellent menu. Was pleasantly and deliciously surprised. Well worth a visit for lunch or dinner at the byabarra Cafe. A little pricey however the menu is extensive. Get there early because it can get very busy and service can be slow.

We had a lovely lunch. The menu is extensive and varied. Food portions were large and we came away very satisfied and full. Service great and we were made to feel very welcome. Lovely outlook as well. A beautiful place.
Update 7 months later.
We went there to celebrate the 70th wedding anniversary of my in-laws. Superb meal again and we couldn't be happier.

Just perfect.
Decided to give this place another go after a disappointment a few months ago. Wow. So glad we did.
From the moment we stepped inside the service was excellent. Staff so good with the kids.
Food excellent.
Chilled atmosphere.
Great effort guys.

This was a total surprise in every respect. The menu is very extensive, especially considering the location. The food is beautifully fresh and, based on our four meals, cooked beautifully. The wine list is surprisingly extensive and good selection of great wines. The views are outstanding. And the service was relaxed, professional and appropriately attentive. Quite honestly, this “cafe” ( I’d say restaurant) is worthy of the trip.

Speechless- not often I want to lick the plate clean, I had the lamb shank and Kim had Pork Belly. Such a beautiful location overlooking the Byabarra valley with a menu that has so much variety that it is hard to choose. Tip: book in advance as this place fills up on the weekend.
Add a trip to Rawson Falls for a perfect day out 😀

Beautiful food, lovely staff and the view is amazing. Byabarra Beer goes down a treat too! Pictured is Squid Ink Fettuccine with cockles served with muscle's instead of the prawns on top. A+++
