Cobar Bowling and Golf Club

Looked for a decent place for dinner in Cobar while passing through. Didn't feel like Chinese but was told these people also do steak etc. Wife got the cutlets and I got a T Bone both with veges. Excellent. Looking at the serving sizes of other people's dishes (Chinese), I'll be looking at that next time we pass through.

Absolutely the best club I have been in the staff were awesome with a fantastic atmosphere and vibe the amenities were clean and well maintained . The food was amazing and super fresh quick turn around for orders and very well priced .

More local than other. Nice outlook to the bowling greens.
Thoroughly enjoyed the evening.
Especially going two one to the local pool shark.

The place to eat when in Cobar. Great friendly happy family atmosphere. Good Chinese food.

Family of 9 had dinner in the restaurant on Sunday night. No complaints from anyone, meal sizes were huge. Meals were very yummy. So much so that 2 of us went back again yesterday and grabbed a takeway! I highly recommend the Satay Beef.

Really excellent meal, lots of choices, good service and pleasant modern decor. Very good selection of wine from the bar. Well worth a visit.

Yummy food and great service. Glad I stopped here while travelling through Cobar. I did decide to treat myself to some desert after a delicious dinner only to find out they had no ice cream left. Oh well, these things happen and it was still a great experience altogether.

Great service. The Chinese restaurant was amazing. The food was great and not a plate full of rice. We ordered rice on the side. The plates were piled hight with deliciousness. Definitely worth the money and I'll be back.

Whilst travelling with some colleagues we embarked upon the Chinese Restaurant at the Cobar Bowling and Golf Club.

Our approach was to order a selection from the menu with my personal highlight the sweet and sour duck inspired by the eating habits of legendary cricketer BC Lara on the eve of his 277 against Australia in the Sydney Test Match.

Add a couple of glasses of refreshing ginger ale and some good company, you have yourself a magnificent culinary option when travelling to Cobar.

For a great Chinese feed head off to Ma's Chinese Restaurant will not be disappointed, we always call in when travelling

I love this place, every time we visit Cobar we always go there, even became a member. Great service, great food, great staff and the courtesy bus ride is always a hoot at the end of the night

If your coming to Cobar or travelling through than Cobar bowls and golf club is the place to go. Great atmosphere very friendly staff and good food in the restaurant that caters for all taste.

Had good cold beer in the bar and an excellent chicken king prawn green curry in the Chinese restaurant. Value for money.
The bowling club is across the road from the Central motor Inn, a good combination if staying in Cobar.

If you want a feed for one, well it's for at least two. And nice cold beer.
