Win’s Creek Meadery

Win's Creek Meadery is such a warm, homely and cozy setting in which try some amazing mead. The mead flight was the best way to try a variety before finalising your favourite one. The flavours of each mead were truly unique. The honeycomb and cheese platter was the perfect accompaniment to the mead flight, and the honeycomb on it was exquisite. If in Murrumbateman, do make it a point to stop here, and you won't be disappointed.

We enjoyed our visit. Ian myself and our pup were made to feel very welcome. The gardens are amazing the cheese platter was delicious and the mead and brew tasters were spot on. Loved them all

My partner and I just had a lovely experience. We were very lucky to chat with Michael - he made us feel very welcome. Michael explained the fascinating history of the site, and his journey in starting this business. He is very skilled in not only making mead, but also in brewing craft beer. I am an avid craft brew enthusiast, and what I tried today was nothing short of spectacular. If you have time, I suggest you drop in and do take the time to listen to the history and stories of the place - very fascinating. Hats off to you Michael & Maryanne.

It doesn’t get much better than this! Lunch enjoyed at Wins Creek Meadery. A stunning old travellers inn, the inside is incredibly interesting and takes you back in time. While outside is a beautiful almost secret garden, where we enjoyed an amazing pizza, a glass of mead and a mulled mead too! Delicious

If you haven't tried mead before this is the place to make it your first first. I quite enjoyed the mead flight I had for tasting and it went very well with the food. The Chandlers Pizza is superb!!

Excellent craft brews using honey. Friendly and helpful with expert knowledge. Have a tasting panel or take some bottles home. Enjoy the indoor (and safe) bee hive.

Amazing pizzas! I went with a few people and tried many different ones and they were all good. Well worth the drive from Canberra.

Very interesting take on the cheese board. Complemented very nicely with brie cheese that melted very nicely. The cheese was accompanied by a nice assortment of nuts as well as some slices of apple to counteract the flavours exhibited by the cheese. Crackers provided were a treat to have on their own or with the cheese provided.

Beautiful location, not too far from anywhere in the ACT. Best pizza I have ever had! Mead is wonderful and the owners are very friendly!

Great pizzas and delicous cheese platter. The mulled mead was great for a winter's day. We sat outside in the sun and had a great time.

Had some tasty pizza and peppermint tea followed by some scrumptious desert. Also bought some of their honey and soap. Very satisfied.

Great location, warm atmosphere with fireplace in dining rooms, yummy pizzas and, best of all, friendly service! I recommend this place for families of all shapes and sizes
