Great courier service in the south west.

I needed to ship package to buyer in Kendenup. I was able have item picked up and delivered to nearest collection agent in Mt Barker within 24 hours. Price reasonable too!

Friendly drivers, and they even called the customer to let him know it was ready for collection from Tim's Tyres.

Wayne and Josh went above and beyond yesterday delivering a heavy fridge to my home. The space was very tight, but they manoeuvred it with kindness and skill. I am so grateful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Vasse Logiwest Express again.

I don't think you could find a more incompetent freight company if you searched. I will say that our local delivery girl is lovely and Jodi and Simone do their best to damage control but unfortunately they are let down by pretty much every one else there. Mostly it seems the issues are at the Welshpool depot where things are constantly missed or missorted. I don't think I could count on one hand the amount of times my freight has actually arrived on time in the last 6 months. Zero care from them or the "customer service" girls who barely speak english. 100% do not recommend this company to anyone especially if you value your sanity.

Every time we use them we get completely ripped off. Had 2 deliveries same day today first delivery 85kgs and were charged $25.80. Second delivery 40kgs and were charged $55.87. When I called them they didn't care and refused to change the costs. They should be called dodgi west not logi west. I ordered a office chair to get delivered from Perth to Margaret River, it ended up in Geraldton, 3 days later and i still dont have the package. This is the worst company to deal with. I will only use CTI Logistics from now on. At least i know ill get the stock on time.
