I absolutely love visiting pinch salt float to relax and get pampered. Today I had a sauna and it was so nice to relax on my own with relaxing music and now my skin feels so soft and amazing. I feel 5 years younger haha. Thanks To leah and the team for making me feel relaxed again

This place is brilliant! Leah is amazing! We tried the sauna, float and brain tap and loved them all!!! The brain tap is great for stress relief and all round parasympathetic balance...humans are so "go, go, go" (sympathetic overdrive). We have forgotten how to quiet our minds and just "be" (parasympathetic...calm the farm). As an ICU nurse I see people who desperately need to relax and understand how important this balance between go and slow is. I cannot recommend this highly enough. Thank you Leah for Pinch Salt & Float! Stay fricken awesome!!!!

Best place in Ocean Grove, with the friendliest staff, most awesome massage; leaving you free in so many ways it's an experience you'll want to return to. The sauna, float pools and lymphatic massage have kept me a loyal client for nearly 2 years now.

So wonderful! Went with 2 other girlfriends, they were so accommodating. Salt room is great and the massage was AMAZING!

Fabulous experience for all five of us.
Lovely staff and relaxed surroundings

I had a 60 min massage with Morella. This was easily the best massage I’ve had in a long time. She has magical hands and the oils she used were lovely as well.

We had the couple's floatation pool and after an hour of pure bliss left feeling refreshed and awakened, would thoroughly recommend this treatment and can't wait to try out the other items on the menu.

This place is amazing! I had such a blissful experience. My mum & sister shared the 3hr experience trying out everything. Highly recommend!! 💕
