Rees came to our rescue at our holiday rental at Barwon Heads recently after a previous carpet cleaning service let us down. The previous carpet cleaner left water marks and made the pet urine stain considerably worse. He was very thorough in his explanation of what was going to do and then carried out the cleaning process to perfection and even did a follow up visit. Could not recommend him highly enough.

The kids bedrooms had horrible black marks that we'd never been able to get out. We'd even had them professionally steam cleaned a few times before with no luck removing them. We went for the full clean & stain removal service & were absolutely amazed with how well the carpets came up. No more black marks! Great work & great guys to deal with.
