Wentworth Swimming Pool

A great facility. Well worth a visit to cool of on a hot day. Lifeguards are in attendance if you are not confident around water. 3 different size pools to cater for all ages.

Honestly one of the best pools in Australia. You can’t buy this level of brilliance. A true hidden gem. The water is wet. The grass is grassy. And the trees are shady, as in they provide dark shadows, not as in they are con artists or criminals on the dark web.

Pool comes complete with helpful lifeguard crew. Brian has been known to spin a yarn or too and he makes you feel important, even though you probably aren’t, he’s just thoughtful like that. Thanks Brian. Dylan has saved three lives this season; two baby plovers and one kookaburra. He also laughs at your terrible jokes, which he does out of the goodness of his heart and he doesn’t even get paid a bonus for it. These brave men also face the terrors of duck invasion each day, clearing their droppings, so we can simply enjoy the water. The ducks really do put the poo in pool. There’s even shiny decorations now that makes you feel like you are swimming at a 70s disco. Which is the sworn enemy of the duck. Disco is their kryptonite.

I like having the pool to myself though so would really appreciate if no one else used it...but there are three pools so I guess you could go in one of the other ones and wave to me from there.

10/10 would swim every day. Classic banger of a pool.
