I cannot recommend this tent enough, I’ve been telling all my friends about it. It’s super easy to put up and take down, doesn’t blow away like other sunshades, is very solid and is big enough for our family of 4 to sit in comfortably. Very really reasonably priced for the top notch quality. It’s by far the best pop up tent on the market and is great to take anywhere. The kids love it, they can use it as a little den in the garden with friends or at the beach when we have a picnic stopping sand getting everywhere. If you are a family that loves the outdoors, do yourself a favour and just get one, you won’t regret it.

Well you see the thing about the Swished tent is....I LOVE IT. Their customer service team were nothing but lovely with the bombardment of questions I sent their way and I honestly couldn't recommend their product more!!!! I might stop living in my house and start living in the tent at this rate!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE

Ordered 1/11/23, initially told my product was out of stock and offered a substitute.

A week later received a tracking number but no movement. After checking I could see that the item hadn’t been scanned by AusPost so therefore it hadn’t been dispatched.

This is a common trick used by e-commerce websites. They create a postage label so it shows in the AusPost system but they never send the product.

So swished:

- is either a scam and the positive reviews are fake.

- drop shipping from China and not the Australia warehouse as stated.

- selling products that are out of stock whilst misleading customers about their purchase.

I now keep getting emails like this

“I checked your tracking information for #XXXXXXX, and there don't seem to be any scanning updates by Auspost”

There won’t be any scanning updates because they haven’t sent the product.

Save your money and shop elsewhere.
