Grafton taxis

Hello there, I'm pretty frustrated with the taxi service in GRAFTON. As a visually impaired individual, it's crucial for me to have access to a safe ride back home at night. However, the service has been deteriorating lately, and it's not acceptable. I've had to wait for an hour and a half to get a taxi, which is just ridiculous.

Nonetheless, I'd like to acknowledge Brett's efforts. He has also gone the extra mile to guarantee my safety and wellbeing. He's consistently on the job and never lets me down. He could be the next CEO of this company, who knows?

I'd also like to commend the exceptional service provided by Mel, Ben, and Will. It's evident they have a promising future ahead of them, and they're excellent at what they do.

However, the company must restructure and address the issue at hand. They must make significant decisions and rectify the problem. If they don't, they'll have to cover my hospital bills if I ever have to walk home in darkness due to their laxity. But on a serious note, they should take this feedback constructively and improve their services to ensure their client's safety.

Great reliable and friendly service

I am extremely disappointed with the taxi service in GRAFTON. As a legally blind person, I rely on taxis to get home safely at night. However, lately, the system has completely deteriorated. I have waited up to 45 minutes to an hour and 30 minutes for a taxi, which is unacceptable. It has gotten so bad that I now walk home in the pitch black, which is extremely dangerous.

I give credit where it is due, Brett and Sally have gone above and beyond to ensure that I get home safely. It's funny how they don't go home and always accept jobs within minutes. Ben and Will also deserve credit for their exceptional service. They have a bright future ahead of them and will undoubtedly be the ones running the co-op in 20 years.

However, the overall service provided by the taxi company needs reevaluation. It's time to make tougher decisions and address the issue at hand. If I ever have to walk home again due to an unresponsive taxi service, the hospital fees will be on them. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure the safety of its customers.

We tried to book a maxi taxi . We called they said yep won't be long .. 40 minutes later we call back to be told that the maxi taxi is in Yamba and will still be about an hour .. terrible miscommunication.
Next day tried to call a taxi again this time a long wait ... When we call back to ask a ETA was told out cab had already completed the job .. had to wait for another dispatch ... Terrible service .

Called a taxi and waited 30 mins too be told the driver wasn’t comfortable driving in my street just trying too get too my family as a family member passed away my street is quiet and never had an incident once with the taxi from my house in the last 7 years I live here bad service in a small town

This is the worst. Get a rabbit uber anything is beter than been riped of by these crims.

Very poor taxi service. I booked and told the operator that I was using CabCharge. Taxi came very quickly which was great. We got to our destination and I handed my Cabcharge to the driver who then informed me that Cabcharge was available in Grafton. Too late to tell me now. I had to find the money to pay him. I contacted booking number who told me all drivers should accept Cabcharge and that they would get back to me. An hour has passed and I have not heard back from them and now I need to try and find my way back because I can’t trust this taxi service. Hopefully bus services are better.
