The Maylands Hotel

Had the SA Southern Calamari and it was one of the tastiest calamari’s I’ve ever had.
Super fresh, cooked well and delicious.
Hotel was quite busy but staff were friendly and attentive.

An above average pub with good meals and a nice atmosphere.
The bar area up top is very noisy so if you want a quiet meal book in the library or one of the lower areas away from the noise.
The waitress was friendly and helpful but they seemed understaffed as she had a lot of tables to wait on.
The food was good, and priced accordingly. A good selection of fare including dietary options.

We had a very enjoyable lunch from the time of arrival when the very helpful staff member changed our table booking to ensure we could sit on chairs rather than bench seats (due to our back problems.)
The food and service were first class. All five of us thought our food well over and above "pub food." Exceptional! Although we live over an hour's drive away we will definitely return for another excellent lunch. Thank you, Jane and Mick t.

Delightful, welcoming place. Had lunch with friends there yesterday - the food really is fantastic & the wine list is great too. Every meal we had was exceptional & it's such good value. The bistro is light & breezy - a real summer holiday feel & their staff were just lovely, providing great (but not in your face) service.

We had Dads 80th Birthday Celebrations in the Beautiful Ivy Room . Perfect for a small group gathering no decorations needed as the room is lovely. Food was absolutely delicious and the only complaint from our guests was To much food. Girl serving our room was lovely however i feel she could have had extra help as our drink service was very slow and i did assist to accommodate my guest. Would definitely recommend for a small function and we will definitely be back 😊

Really don’t know why this place has any bad reviews. I am a regular at this pub and the food has always been fantastic! Been here more than 15X and the experience has ALWAYS been great. Service is consistently awesome. Dishes are always perfectly cooked!

Chicken Scnitty & Porchetta are always the superstars in their menu!

Loved this place so much that we celebrated two private bday parties here too! Both nights were catered superbly!

This hotel offers a small but wonderful gaming Centre that is generous in giving appetisers while playing and the staff service is friendly, kind, caring and polite. I really enjoyed playing here today even I didn’t win anything big I still had fun playing.

Fantastic service, delicious food with lots of pride and care taken Nobody from our large party was disappointed. I had an eggplant parmigiana dish which was amazing, blowing out of the water a poor experience of similar at a local pub earlier in the week. Other family pub bistros should take note - this is how you do it.

I recently celebrated my 60th birthday in the Ivy room. The venue looked amazing. The staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. Thanks to all the staff for making my night so memorable. Can't wait to dine at the Maylands hotel in the future.

Shared a delightful lunch with a group of nine friends. From reception through to departure, service was prompt, helpful and efficient. All meal selections were delivered when required and thoroughly enjoyed. The menu is wide ranging for a hotel lunch and children are catered for with the Kids menu. With plenty of space in an open and relaxed environment, this was a great lunch location. Parking is freely available within the hotel environment or kerbside. Recommended for any group size.

Fabulous food, friendly, obliging staff, moderate prices and a nice atmosphere which effortlessly catered for our group of about 40 people. Ample close parking made this venue easily and comfortably accessible.

What a great place for dinner. Various areas so one can dine in a quiet atmosphere or a more open lively one. We chose the library. Great food and friendly service. Best to book as was pretty popular on our Friday evening dinner

We booked and completely enjoyed the Maylands Christmas Day lunch for the second year in a row. Awesome food, fast friendly and efficient service in a light and easy atmosphere.

It was so good to find a place where there were numerous delicious choices on the menu. From starters to mains, we all enjoyed our selections - and drooled a little at what was on the others' plates! The staff were polite, friendly, and well able to make helpful recommendations. We loved the meal and will definitely be going back!

The schnitzels are pretty good! Salmon is lovely. Loved the brownie dessert too, we didn’t get the floss advertised with it but it was still good.

Lunch with my family at The Maylands was a delicious and comfortable experience. Our waitress was friendly and efficient and we were very happy with our booth in the Library -- a lovely space, much quieter than the main dining room which was busy and rather noisy. Our meals (all were different) were generous and tasty and very nicely presented. The menu is varied and interesting and we are determined to return to try some different choices. But from this visit we can recommend the eggplant parmigiana, the chimichurri chicken, the prawn and pomelo salad and the pumpkin salad.

Arna and the team were brilliant - both in the preparation of and during our event. We can’t thank you enough for a perfect venue, amazing service, delicious service and lovely wines.

Another excellent meal. We really appreciate the option of the library or booths for a quieter atmosphere .
We happily travel from Campbelltown as there is nowhere we have discovered locally that can compare .

Very enjoyable new year's day birthday lunch, dining room and whole venue is excellent, good size tables, nice stemware, overall most impressive thank you.
