Goldmark Rockingham

Love love LOVE this place. A guy helped me, on the 04/06/19 (he deserves recognition), to pick a new pair of studs as I had lost my favourite pair that day, he was so helpful, very friendly and a good conversationist. Also ended up buying a necklace too as the prices are fantastic, especially on sale!

Went in today with my daughter and was served by Theresa she made my daughters day, we had been to 2 other stores in the centre and the service was terrible, went to Goldmark and couldn’t fault the service, another lady, Abbey, wrote her sizing down while Theresa helped pick some pieces out. Thanks again for your wonderful service

I would give zero stars if that option was available. I have never experienced a more rud*e, patronising and disrespectful treatment as I did today (14/10/2023), and this would be the very last time that I or any of my family members would be dealing with Goldmark. I dropped off my watch under warranty at the Rockingham store on August 28th 2023. Was assured it would be fixed as still under warranty. I was even given a receipt. The warranty was due to expire on the 5th of September. Fast-forward to the 12th of October I still had heard nothing so I decided to call. Was told they had tried to call me and left a message. Went into the store today and was told they tried to call me on "September 12th" and they wanted to tell me I needed to come in and post the watch myself. I was told that the warranty had already expired so I now have to fix myself. I politely explained to the lady that even at the time they tried to call me the warranty had already lapsed, and this was 2weeks after I had dropped it off, but she dismissively told me "well I didn't deal with this and it wasn't me who tried to call you". Next thing she starts to suggest to me where I can go and get it fixed and telling me "it's just $25". Never have I been so looked down upon, like I came in there because I could not afford to fix it. She offered zero apologies, zero remorse for a failure that had everything to do with her store.

Terrible TERRIBLE service! We walked in and waited our turn, already had our earrings picked out for our daughter and another customer walks in, rude like she owned the shop and asked to pick out and view earrings & hold up and on her ear! We walked out and took our money else where after standing around for 15 minutes while she acted like a princess! Staff you need to look around and see or at least ASK who was next! You lost a sale today.

Wouldn't give this company a 1. My grandmother took her platinum ring with three set diamonds to be resized some years ago. They took the stamped platinum ring and replaced it with sterling silver. Ring was valued years prior with another jeweller. You think they fixed it? No. Now my expense to buy a new platinum ring to take it back to its former glory.
