What an amazing company to do business with. I had a totally positive experience with Staffords Warehouse. I was promised the flooring to be delivered and installed on a certain date and it certainly was and a top job as well.. I could not be happier. Thanks to the great people who work there.. I would certainly do business with them again .

Friendly and Helpful staff. They answered all my question about the different types of flooring. Also helped me work out how much flooring I would require for my room.
I happen to go some wear else. To compare prices.
I can tell you this. I will never be back there. Because I felt as the peson could not be bothered with me. He didn't give me time to ask any, of my questions. He was to much in a hurry to go and sit at his desk.
Nothing like STAFFORDS.
I will be returing to Stafford.
Oh! yes, I forgot to say, the sales man even loaded me a sample of the fooring I liked. To borrow for a week. Which was more enough time. It was a great help because I was able to see what that flooring looked like with my furniture of many colours. The colour is Rustic Elem. It's perfect.

I couldn't be anymore happier with the service and installation by staffords in croydon. I have an old home which most others put in the too hard basket however staffords were fantastic. I was kept informed at every turn and they were flexible to meet my requests. Special mention to Kian and Bradley who had an extremely tough job pulling up some ancient tiles but did it with minimal fuss. I am pumped with how the floors came up and have passed on their details to everyone who has asked about my new floors.

A true test of service is when small things go wrong and they are rectified in a swift and successful manner. Well done Mike and well done Staffords at Croydon. Will certainly be a returning customer :)

Do your research first before shopping here. Staff are friendly but the whole operation is a bit shambolic and the samples area is in disarray.

The installer Broke my Dressing Table Leg, & He also Broke my Padded Headboard, I am Very Disappointed 😞 it took 3 months for insurance to Repair.

If you use this company don't expect a quality job or any compassion form the owner when is back yard installer stuffs up $8000 of carpet blames every one else and stings you along. Don't think that the Consumer & Business Services will help, he can handle them he's got plenty of experience.PLEASE DON'T WAST YOUR MONEY.

Do your self a services and stay away from this Company at all Costs.

Lots of false promises.. A complete waste of time. I still don't have carpet.
