I rocked up at TJM Alice Springs with an intermittent light fault with my caravan trailer plug… Steve fitted a new one on the spot in 20 minutes, sold me some towing mirrors and other gear. Great service, great guys… thanks TJM Alice Springs!

Claire and Steve were absolutely awesome. We had trouble with the rivets on our torneau. Steve squished us in despite us only stopping in with little notice, gave us expert advice and friendly service. Claire had a delightful phone manner and a professional tone when assisting. Had some issues with the set up and use of a Garmin GPS system. I still think the manual is missing some vital information but Jordan took the time to sit me down and run through it step by step. Thanks mate.

I called ahead to order in a snorkel for my car as the local dealerships in Canberra couldn’t fit it in time for our trip up north into the Kimberly. I called TJM Alice ordered the parts in and booked it in for the fitting. Part arrived in Alice in time, snorkel fitted on the day booked in… no worries happy times. Thanks guys for your help 👍

We had an issue with a recently installed fuel tank in a Izuzu RV. Losing many litres of fuel. Affecting economy. Installed at another TJM thousands of k's away. We took the vehicle to TJM Alice Springs, spoke with Stephen INGS. He inspected veh. Booked in for a 3 hour operation. Possibilty to drop the fuel tank out to fix the next morning at 8am. Dropped veh off. Repaired within 1 hour. No charge. Service very, very good. Recommed to travellers who need assistance.
