Cafe Va Bene

We were served by 2 different people both equally awesome(i regret not getting their names so i could individually give them an accolade). The customer service was outstanding. We did not have to wait long for our entrees and there was not a big long wait for our mains. The food was first class for taste and quality, and it arrived at our table hot. Nothing worst than getting your meal luke warm.
Thank you Cafe va bene, will definitely be coming back,and will definitely be recommending. I have already put a big rap on my Facebook about you guys.

Came here for some late night dessert and was really impressed. Cannot wait to update this review with dinner too

I absolutely love Italian food and the environment that comes with being in these restaurants. Passion is seen in every corner of this place, and it comes across in their food

I'd give it 4 and a half (but on the side of 5 rather than 4) only for being a bit overpriced. But given what it was I wasn't unhappy.
The service was very friendly and polite, the chap making the coffees was a darl. Vanilla chai a little too sweet, but it was still delicious.
The big breaky and salmon deluxe(?) were both delicious, fresh, and decently sized portions. Almost ordered a plate of dips as well but glad I didn't because we were nice and full after the meal.

There is a lot of seating, both indoors and outside. Inside has a very 'old Italian' feeling to it; it reminded me a lot of the restaurants I grew up in. There was a fresh cake display, and gelati too I believe. The daily newspaper was also available for those who want a coffee and a read.

The food was great, service was great, only downside to me was paying so much for coffees (almost city prices) and the food, but then it was decently sized so maybe I'm just being cheap.

Va Bene never ceases to amaze with their amazing Italian food and the friendly and helpful wait staff!! Great place to go whether that's having lunch, catching up with people, enjoy a coffee and some desserts while working online or even having a family night out! Fantastic all round!

Had the most amazing focaccia today. Yes I know it’s only a focaccia but it was out of this world from the bread to the filling everything was perfection and it was take away as well. I’m dreaming of my next chicken ceaser focaccia. Friend had the italiano filling and said it was out of this world fresh tasting, perfect seasoning, cooked to perfection. Highly recommend

I had booked online but that didn’t seem to go through- a table was easily found for us through. The garlic bread was amazing and the main course were very generous served and soooooo tasty. We had a risotto and saltimbocca. The sauces in both
made the dishes and the saltimbocca had lots of veggies. A great place for quality meals.

Nice place to visit. Recommend to book in advance. Nice menu and service. Parking is available. It can be busybat times.

Busy before 12pm lunch but managed to get a seat inside today. Great customer service and the food was large sizes and delicious.

Nice selections of Italian continental cakes available too.

Been here many times over the years and Va Bene proves to be one of the best Italian restaurants around!

Cafe Va Bene never disappoints. Their staff, food and coffee are top notch. Linen table cloths give it an air of old world sophistication.
I nearly always meet friends and family there.
