Dr Win was friendly to my husband and me. He was gentle and caring to our puppy. The best vet we've come across. The treatment worked almost immediately!

Consultations are only $66 that is excellent value. And all the staff is lovely and the vet. That I saw seemed very switched on , knowledgeable and wanted to help.

Very kind and calm with our new rescue pup. Supportive, informative and in no way condescending. We raw feed our pets and choose not to desex at a young age (large breed dog) and our choices were supported.

Dr. Win is very attentive and patient, and he can inform my cat Apple condition so that Apple can receive good care

Dr Win took really good care of our dog, Suki. He was really compassionate, hardworking and really made us feel like Suki was in good hands.

Dr Win is a very lovely calming and gentle vet. My Luna went in for neurological illness. He was very patiently explain the blood results are. What are the possibility & how to do support care for my dear daughter. With affordable price too. Highly recommended definitely “Family” vet for sure.

We got our first puppy and this is her go to vet, Dr Win really knows how to calm her down during and after her shots.

We joined the puppy school on site with K9 dynamics and it has helped us with training to help our pup walk on a leash.

The annual vaccination, flea and worm treatment, and general health checkup for my cat Shimmy were all scheduled for today during our home visit appointment. Dr. Win is a lovely, professional and caring vet. He performed a thorough check of my cat's overall health and provided advice on if dental surgery would be necessary for treating any potential tooth infections. Very much appreciated, Dr. Win. I'll get in touch with you shortly to set up an appointment for Shimmy's dental work.

We had great experience but somehow doctor wanted to vaccinate our pet which was already vaccinated. Friendly staff and doctor clean ears, checked any other medical issues and give us good travel suggestions with pet. Overall, i was happy and will visit again.

Staff were friendly, empathetic and sympathetic to the sad nature of our most recent visit. We have taken our cats here for a while, and Dr Win and his vet nurses made our visits stressfree, and everything is well explained. Would recommend if you don't want you or your furry friend to be treated like a cash cow/factory line like those big Greencross owned vet clinics.

I am a volunteer for a human and animal charity and Black Forest Family Vets are one of our partner clinics. The care and compassion they show towards animals and people is amazing. I have brought in nervous dogs, shy cats and owners that are going through a hard time too and Dr Win and his team are so patient, gentle, reassuring and provide a great standard of care and treatment for the animals they see.
Dr Win is one of the best vets I've seen in Adelaide - I'm going to bring my own animals to them too! :)

Dr Win is gentle, caring and makes our little pup feels at ease whenever he visits. He has been our vet since we've had our puppy. He also does home visits which makes it very convenient for us.He is always willing and eager to help, and often checks in to make sure our pup is healthy and recovering well from whatever problems he had. Definitely recommend him to all our family and friends!

After leaving a much loved veterinarian interstate I was thrilled to find the Black Forest Family Vet. The staff are friendly and welcoming and genuinely care about animals. My dog and I are always treated with the upmost respect. We visit the vet monthly for my elderly dog’s arthritis injections so it’s pretty important to me that I like our vet. I’ve found the service offered to be practical and good value. I don’t feel like I am being overcharged like I have at other vets. I highly recommend!
