Avoid at all Cost.........
I do not recommend this company. I engaged them to handle a council matter and they advised they would handle the matter from start to finish and that they were experienced and knew what they were doing and had done this type of work in the past. They submitted one document and when the council asked for more information they refused to assist as it was out of there scope of work. Somewhere along the journey handling from start to finish in their minds meant doing the bare minimum and no more. I ended up having to submit my own designs as they were unwilling to fulfil what they advised and did not want to assist any further. They are untrustworthy and their communication is very poor.
