Love this Lamb shank curry, cooked to perfection and big portion size. Everytime we visit adelaide, cafe micheal is out go too place, they did not let us down this time either !!

Quite large portions for the lunch menu . Impressed !! got the green chicken curry and beef curry with rice, its very cheap considering the portion size and taste is very good 👍

The food is amazing 🤩 OMG , its the go to place for authentic thai food. They consider all your requests and the staff is extremely friendly ♥ love cozy this place.

I was very skeptical at first, had a look at the reviews and they were pretty good, so we thought we'd give it a try. I am so happy we came in here because omg the food is amazing, it's so well flavoured, seasoned and cooked, I ordered the egg noodles with sea food and i am in absolute love, 100% come here, everything we had was amazing.

I am a Type 1 Diabetic. The waiter understood and offered straight away to cook from fresh with no sugar. I also went with my sister in law, who is Thai, and she says the fish cakes were authentic, she had a fresh coconut drink was perfect. Her drunken noodles could've been more spicy for her Thai taste, but for us Aussies was perfect. Waiting staff were very friendly. Loved sitting in the window watching the world go by during Fringe.

Ate here last night the food was so flavourful and tasty. The banquette was generous! And the staff were attentive and friendly

Last night I went to Cafe Michael 2 for my friend's 17th birthday, and it was such a blast! The Thai food there was absolutely delicious. We ordered a variety of dishes, like Pad Thai, Green Curry, and Tom Yum Soup, and everything was bursting with amazing flavors. The staff was super friendly and made the birthday celebration extra special. The restaurant had a cozy and vibrant atmosphere that added to the fun. If you're looking for a great place to celebrate a birthday with yummy Thai food, Cafe Michael 2 is the place to go.

How do I begin. How do I begin to describe the intricate tapestry of flavours that danced across my tongue as I devoured my meal at the one and only Cafe Michael 2. Brought a big group of 18 here this evening and it’s safe to say everyone left with full bellies and smiles on their faces. Seriously if you’re debating whether to come here or not then ignore all other reviews that may point you in the wrong direction and listen only to these words: Cafe Michael 2 is single-handedly carrying the Thai food scene of Adelaide. This place is a must for everyone. Don’t mess around don’t be silly and get yourself to Cafe Michael 2.

Superb Thai food. Enjoyed a lovely chicken fried rice lunch with mates on a busy weekday.
Good decor and warm hospitality.
Very conveniently located close to Rundle mall for business people and shoppers.

I come here because of reviews and we weren't disappointed. I've been to Thailand and meals at cafe Michael 2 come fairly close. Tom Yum was moresome, pineapple rice was different but very tasty and filling, my brother's seafood noodles with chilli hit the spot, he ordered 5/10 hot, just right. Quick service and a friendly smile, authentic Thai food yum!

I never enjoyed Egg Noodles in my life but this place changed me. Simply taste, smokey, right sweetness, umami and creamy. Noodles was properly cooked, none of it sticking together. Right texture and very delicious! I encourage you to try it and you will not be disappointed.
Definitely will be back!

We had the pad thai and barramundi, honestly some of the best food we've ever had. We would highly recommend it to anyone. Fantastic friendly service!
