The lovely young girl at the front making coffee is a superstar and made us feel so welcome and not a bother at all even 1 hour before close. Some places make you feel like you’re a pest if you come before close but this young girl was amazing and so polite and accommodating and is what I deem perfect for hospitality. Thank you! Also great coffee and toasties!

Lovely dog friendly place! Had the buckwheat waffles- wonderful balance, not too sweet. Was tempted by the southern fried chicken croffle and the pancake of the day! A bit disappointed they are no longer doing the dog menu but our pups still enjoyed their puppucino and doggy biscuit. So many friendly locals came to say hi to the pups as well! Very dog friendly!

Visiting for a few days we found this place while wandering. It's near the car park and the menu looked great. Service was prompt, coffee was good and the food top notch.
Scrambled Eggs with Soft shell Crab and Breakfast Gnocchi. Both very tasty

I've been meaning to do this for a while. I love this humble, unassuming little cafe. A true hidden gem. Nothing overly flashy, popular or trendy. Older, quiet crowd. The vegan options they offer are amazing. The 'Tofu-Riffic' and the 'Going Buck Wild' are my two favourite all-day breaky dishes anywhere. Absolutely mouth-wateringly delicious. Generous servings. They go all-out on their fresh and consciously-selected assortment of ingredients. Creatively designed and presented. This is fine dining for the price of your average avo on toast. the staff are great. Authentically friendly and attentive. They give you space to enjoy and just be, without hovering and hassling. Every time I've chosen to dine here I have left feeling totally satisfied.

The Breakfast and Coffees were excellent. My wife had a Vegan option and myself a Standard Big Daddy Breakfast. Most definitely would return on future trips to Stirling area.

Miyuki was closed and accidentally stumbled across this little gem. Food was very delicious. It was also a treat for the eyes. Such a beautiful presentation. Coffee was amazing as well. Definitely justifies the price and seems it would be our new regular.

This Cafe is the best Cafe I've ever been to. There's so many options for a whole range of dietary requirements that I can feel confident I'm going to get a delicious meal every time I'm here. The staff are nice and the chef is brilliant. Today, I got to celebrate my birthday in the true style of the essence Cafe with the amazing vegan waffles 😍🤤 I'm already craving another

Delicious food and friendly staff! I had the breakfast gnocchi and my partner had the pork Benny and both were amazing, and the coffees were amazing too! Highly recommend

I really like this cafe. Good menu, good service and easy parking. You can sit outside under a verandah if the weather is nice.

We went to Essence café yesterday and although it was busy and there were people everywhere, the service was friendly and prompt!! Great food and coffee as always, the Gnocchi is to die for!!

Suiddly Diddly salad (salt & pepper squid with fried shallots, mango, coriander & mint salad) was absolutely delicious - one of those memorable meals that stay with you for a long time. Highly recommend

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but this cute & cozy little Cafe is a little hidden gem. It's a great place to go for a breakfast, brunch or lunch! I was surprised as to how much detail goes into the food here. - Made with love for sure!
The staff were lovely and friendly, which made us feel right at home.

Nice little coffee shop to have a quick bite with a good selection of healthy and vegan options and also offer takeaway as well or you can sit outside in their alfresco area and enjoy the sunshine.

Fantastic food, coffee & service all while enjoying the scenery that Stirling has to offer.

Meal recommendations: Tofu-tastic (AUD $18) & The Usual Suspect (AUD $20).
Coffee: long black & cappuccino (AUD $5 each).

Had a table for 6 on the weekend for breakfast and we all had different but specific requests for how we wanted our food (e.g hard eggs, extra crispy bacon, gluten free bread etc) and our requests were spot on. Tasty, good portions and great coffee. Warm inside on a cool Hills day.

The Essence Cafe is the amazing place to dine. The food is amazing. Every time we go to Adelaide from Mount Gambier we stop and have lunch with our family. It is a very welcoming place, staff are amazing and the establishment is family friendly. We have three kids under 8 and we feel welcomed every time we come.
FYI the ice coffees are mind blowing.

Absolutely beautiful. Food was delicious, smoothie was incredible & customer service was brilliant! Can't wait to return!
