An Italian friend recommended this place to me so I was keen to try it. He described it to me as nothing fancy, just really good food the way his grandmother would make it. I'd have to say I agree - it was absolutely delicious comfort food! We had the beef cheek, the veal and prawn pasta and the chicken rosanno. The beef cheek was so tender! And the sauce for the other two was perfect 👌 The waiter was also very friendly and gave us good recommendations. 5/5

Absolutely love the chicken rossano! My favourite. Great new location, so convenient. Warm olives as a starter... yummy! Chef is lots of fun! Great night out.

Absolutely incredible service. Highest quality food. Fantastic atmosphere. I have been back here multiple times and it keeps living up to the high standards it has set for itself. Chef Khalil gave us the most wonderful service, he even custom designed dishes to fit our culinary requirements, and was just an all around hilarious and fantastic person the entire time. There is a fantastic range of meat dishes, seafood dishes, vegetarian dishes, and an entire page of Vegan dishes! I can not recommend this place enough.

Much more than I expected. The food was good, the staff was good, and the manager got us some extra seafood for the pasta. That was good.

For starters, the garlic bread was delicious. Well cooked and topped with a sprinkle of some parmesan cheese.

For mains, the beef arrived in a soup of gravy that thickened as it called. Mixing it with the garlic mash potato gave it, not a nice flavour, a nice consistency. The cheeks were only too eager to fall apart. A really nice dish. The scallop and prawn pasta had a creamy sauce. Both the prawns and scallops were large.

Currently, they have 25% off deal up to $35 off the entire bill. Well worth a try... or return.

A big thank you for the service and accommodating us today without a booking, elderly person in a wheelchair and toddler in a pram. Shizuka gave excellent service and anticipated all our needs.
Best find for our last night in town. Return visit to Adelaide just to experience more of the menu is on the list as soon as we can

Chef kahill and the waiter were both friendly, which made the atmosphere great and enjoyable, having a laugh or two..greeting us and was helpful in suggesting dishes and wine choices. Warm olives as a starter..yumm! The linguine pasta with marinara was amazing and big serving. Also the Flounder Fioratine was great. We will be back soon! 😊

Parking was narrow. Hot chippies were delightful. Table service was excellent. Workers there were polite. Me and my friend B.C had a wonderful time eating the flounder. The fish brought me back to the good ol days a float in the ocean catching flounders in the Nile river. Would love to come back here and experience the nostalgia again! Jack South was very helpful and i gave him a $20 tip with the money I got from Meemaw. (He was the UBER driver). I would love to also work here as I have heard some excellent comments about the staff and ex manager.

We are so lucky to have such an amazing restaurant in the suburbs of Adelaide. An amazing chef Khalil who takes pride in his dishes and very personable to his customers making for a great atmosphere. A memorable meal but no room for dessert this time. All staff were friendly and helpful in suggesting dishes- the beef cheeks were amazing. We will be back soon!

Nona and I was delightful. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was amazing and everything tasted so fresh. You could tell that this food was created with love. I highly recommend a visit here.

A wonderful evening. We could have been in Italy. The food was delicious. The host was lots of fun, professional and welcoming. As was all the staff. As visitors to Adelaide this was an amazing find.

Came here for New Year Eve’s dinner with the family and everything was fantastic! Even when they recently moved to the city, everything was amazing and food was spectacular. Even had accommodations for a toddler. Definitely would come back again.

How can I put it into words how amazing this Italian Restaurant is?

This fantastic gem is located about half way up Magill Road and if you haven't been, I can't recommend it enough. I must've driven past this place dozens of times before I noticed it one day when grabbing burgers from across the street.

I remember thinking to myself "Hang on... When did an Italian Restaurant pop up here?". I decided to drop in and have a meal with my friends, and that was the beginning of the end....

I have easily been back there now well into the double digits, and will continue to return there for years to come.

Why I hear you ask? Because it's not just about the food at this amazing place (don't get me wrong the food is to die for), but it's also about the experience you get. Chef Khelil is a hidden gem in Adelaide in both presentation and personality. His talents have also been recognised by South Australia's own Cosi, and he has earned himself weekly air time on Cosi's show.

Ignoring all of that, he is a wonderful host when you visit. An intelligent and charismatic Chef who makes all feel welcome when they visit.

Don't believe the nay-sayers who 1 star this place because of some small issue they had on the night, this place is the real deal in both food quality and food experience.

If you haven't been, do yourself a favour and go check this place out!

We had a family lunch there today. Chef Khalil welcomed us back - we last visited more than a year ago, and a couple of times at the old location.
Service is excellent.
Food is great and the menu is extensive. Dishes are made from fresh ingredients and all uniquely spiced; Italian or Italian inspired.
The wine list is fine - I am not an expert - and there are other drink options as well.
There is a 3 course deal, which puts a limit on what you pay for food.
The menu would benefit from drink recommendations.

The people serving us were extremely nice and the food was amazing. I ate the Flanders Milanese with mash potato and it was one of the nicest fish I’ve ever had.

It's been a while since i've dined at a restaurant and been wowed, but Nonna and I have done it! The food, friendly service and atmosphere is amazing. Nice and central to the CBD and parking. Been here 4 times now, and will be back!

Food was absolutely divine. Great servings full of flavour with beautiful wines to match. Will definitely be back for sure.

Enjoyed an absolutely delicious vegan meal here with family. For entree's we had Marinated Olives that were wonderful, and for the main we all had Vegan Primavera in a coconut sauce over egg free fettuccine. The meals came with freshly baked bread that was also delicious.
Staff were very friendly and efficient.
Everyone in our group had a wonderful time.

Amazing food and service - especially the Sopranos Baked Ziti. Khalil & staff will look after you.
