Jarvis Peugeot Service and Parts Centre

Had my silver chariot serviced this morning. The statement below still stands.
ALWAYS a great experience when visiting the Norwood office. Greeted by lovely staff (yes, Simon & Tim are lovely), had a cappucino while waiting for my vehicle. The Team are always on the ball with everything I bring them ❤ my cars are always in the best hands, from reception to mechanics. Please grow old and retire with me. I have no idea what I would do without my trusted BLUE Team at Norwood Service Centre 🙏

Always fantastic service , had car serviced very quick and loan car was a bonus , would buy another car from this company and always service car there.

Had a good experience with Jarvis Peugeot, they kept to their promises and time scale.

Issues hand balled from defunct Citroen dealer being attended to here. So far so good. Well months and months down the track. Jarvis integrity has stood tall. Citroen Australia having recalled our car for bonnet rust issues then finding that our bonnet was so bad it needed replacing, decided that they would not fix the problem
Jarvis gave us a near new focus, stating we could keep it until the issue was resolved. 2 months and much arguing between Citroen and Jarvis saw us pick up our car all issues resolved. Great kudos to Marcus and Jarvis

Had a routine service done (Citroën). They were very thorough, communication was clear and friendly. I was not concerned of any problems with the car and they confirmed everything was fine.

Friendly helpful staff, car was cleaned inside and out. A courtesy car was offered, but we accepted the offer of a lift into Rundle Mall instead.

Great service. Bought my Peugeot Allure 5008 in May 2018. Been back to Jarvis a couple of times from the NT for service and the guys have been awesome. The manager (Tim) is a good bloke. Highly recomended.

Preformed a vehicle check on condition of air conditioning system and manifold warning light. Given detailed report on both. Car returned washed. Excellent customer service.

Excellent car went in for free recall issue to be fixed. They even free washed my car after. Very Impressed with the Service, nice waiting area with a great free coffee machine too.👍

Very friendly, long term option. Sometimes you need to watch the value adds. If any grievances, JF work very hard to resolve amicably.
