I recently had extensive repairs totally $3700 on my vehicle, Andrew was extremely insightful and shared extensive video footage of the work required and what he found, sourced parts quickly and kept me up to date the entire time, whilst providing a quality service with numerous repairs in a good turnaround time.

I’ve found my new mechanic - highly recommend to anyone who is unsure where to go and find trustworthy and professional service.

I rang at midday to ask if they would be able to change my Range Rover headlamp globe later that afternoon and Andrew was immediately very accommodating. I was a cold call, new to town. When I arrived at 4 pm that Friday afternoon, Andrew remembered, greeted me positively, took the keys and was onto it! Within 10 minutes the job was done with a smile and no charge. I was fortunate in the current cost of living crisis to come across a Spring Deal on social media for a service and tune with Auto Masters Kilkenny which made it possible for me to get my car in for it's extremely overdue service. They were short-staffed the day of my booking but this didn't affect the service or timeliness and I only had to wait less than 2 hours for whole service to be completed. I was given a detailed rundown of everything right with the car and the one thing that needed repairing as well as a timeframe to get it done within. I was provided with a full report and pricing for the needed repair. When I got back in the car I even had a couple of little gifts - a decent size Auto Masters windscreen sunshade and a pack of travel tissues, as well as a keyring. I found the whole experience to be efficient, well informed and the staff very helpful and will definitely come back here for my future services.

Simple & easy booking process. Work carried out expeditiously. Liked the idea of being provided with a video explanation of what was undertaken/needed. After sales service was exceptional. Would recommend taking your vehicle to these guys for servicing & or repair. Will be using them again.

I’m not car-savvy at all and randomly drove in to check the oil level. I was served straight away as it turned out my car had barely any oil left. It was a very kind gesture from one of the mechanics to refill the oil free of charge. Something I truly appreciated before going on a long road trip.

The staff were friendly and professional. Went the extra mile to help put my mind at ease due to the expensive damage I'd done to my car. They did an excellent job. Will definitely recommend them.

I was so happy with my service at Kilkenny Automasters. I rang up to get a quote on my car to fix it, who I spoke to at auto masters were very upfront and honest with me on price due to not seeing the car. I appreciate the upfront transparency and then the level of efficiency received also - my car ended up being cheaper than quoted and finished in a day!
