Chateau Apollo

We recently had our wedding reception at Chateau Apollo and it was incredible!
The food, the venue and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
Jess, the venue manager, was so easy to work with. She has such a great energy and vibe, and made us feel so special from the moment we first met right to the very end.
We will treasure our night here for the rest of our lives!

Chateau Apollo was amazing! We recently had our wedding there and it went perfectly. Jess and Ebony were responsive, solved all of our problems and went above and beyond making sure our day went exactly how we wanted it. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how good the food was and how much there was! It was a really great night and I would recommend Chateau Apollo for any function.

My partner and I got married at Chateau Apollo in March 2023 and could not recommend it more! The place was recommended by a friend and it quickly became our first choice after looking at some other options.

We were so impressed with everything at Chateau - from the initial contact and planning all the big & small details through to the generous tasting menu (wow - so much food!), coordinating with the furniture hire company to the running of the actual event. They were so flexible about how we wanted the event to be run, but organised and experienced enough to guide us when we needed it. It was fantastic having a space reserved at Roxie's next door for canapes and drinks during the break between the ceremony and reception.

Jess, Tim, Ebony, Matilda and the rest of the team were just perfect. They even had a designated 'dietary requirement' staff member on the night who was making sure all of our guests with dietaries knew what they could and couldn't eat. She came up to me partway through the night to clarify the ingredients of the cake (made by my cousin) and knew by name which of our guests wouldn't be able to eat it. I was blown away.

Special mention about Jess, the event manager, who went above and beyond in helping us organise everything for the wedding. She was great in guiding us on the timing of the afternoon and night (being newbies to this whole wedding thing, we really appreciated her help) and was flexible, kind, funny and patient as we worked through everything together. A lot of our communication was via email because we live interstate, but it couldn't have been easier. Jess unfortunately wasn't able to be there for the night itself but it still ran smoothly because it's such a great team.

We were excited about getting married before it happened, but honestly doing it at Chateau Apollo made it even more special.

Chateau exceeded all of our expectations - perfect vibe, great communication, delicious food, excellent wine and drinks list, lovely staff, and super reasonable pricing to top it off.

Could not be more Pleased and Amazed at How Much the Venue Managers (Tim, Naomi and Kelly) and Staff both Front and Back of house went above and beyond, to bring together our Vision and Dream wedding.

The communication, care and support from all the Staff is and was outstanding,
The Food and Beverages served was exactly what we had arranged and wanted, to perfection.

Can not Appreciate and praise enough for all that they Did for us,
Setting up and packing down for us.

The Venue is definetly somewhere i will and do recommend for anyone wanting to have any sort of function here.

Convenient space for cycling specialists during the TDU. This year Black Sheep Cycling and SpecializedAU again share the space and host popular events. Tuesday's Reunion Ride was a sell out - well organised and hosted. Ride, check out the kit, including new releases then watch the racing on the big screen while enjoying a drink from Roxies

A great space to hold an event! We had our wedding reception with chateau and absolutely loved the friendliness and considerate event coordinators. Chateau were accomodating and helpful in decision making regarding our reception, which mad our lives so much easier when planning. Would highly recommend having chateau host your event - an absolute dream to have host us :)

Celebrated my brothers wedding here on the weekend, I couldn’t recommend a venue more than this place. Staff went above and beyond with communication, set up, music, cleanliness, making sure to be quick with serving both drinks and food. The food was absolutely delicious I even ate food I wouldn’t normally order myself because everyone seemed to be loving it, the presentation and smells were also divine. It was everything you would hope it to be especially for such a big moment in someone’s life. Definitely a 10/10 for everything.

Had my wedding here and the entire experience was absolutely brilliant. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the day went off perfectly, the communication was great, we never had to worry about anything.

The food was also outstanding and the bar and kitchen staff were delightful. I need to come up with more events just so I can reuse the venue! Can't recommend this place enough.

Wonderful venue, great food, terrific staff. The management made sure the night was a joyful one despite, and were helpful to my brother and his new wife as they navigated the stresses of managing celebrations in a pandemic. A wonderful place to go to celebrate

My Wife and I had our wedding here in the middle of Covid restrictions changing by the day. Long story short- it was the most incredible wedding. Our guests had a amazing time. The food was delicious, the service perfect and Lil and team were incredibly accommodating, professional and supportive even working through the holidays as things were changing because of covid. We couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Had the honour of being MC at a wedding at Chateau Apollo and have to say this is a cracking venue. The team were ultra efficient prior to and during the event. At any time we had a request, they were quick to act. Service was quick and friendly. Food was perfect for the occasion.
Location is spot on , with a funky beer garden next door. Plenty of photo locations near by and accomadation within easy reach...

Great venue for a wedding. So full of charm, old style and rustic. Divine food. Great service. Keen to use the venue for my own event in the future.

Visited during the Tour Down Under, these guys really know how to look after you and a great pub next door.

My husband & I are truly grateful for all the brilliant work Ryan & his team did to create such a phenomenal experience for us on our wedding day. Ryan went above & beyond to make sure our day was super special, he is simply amazing in every way. The venue has an incredibly romantic and uber cool vibe, the food by Comida & Co is out of this world and the staff are friendly, professional and on point. We will never forget our wedding day, because this venue and the staff rocked our world. Thank you soooo much (especially you Ryan) You're da bomb! 💫🥳👏
