Michael Hill Rundle Mall Jewellery Store

We had a wonderful experience with Paul this afternoon. Paul was personable, friendly, genuine and incredibly informative. Paul went above and beyond and is a fantastic representation for Michael Hill - thank you Paul.

Friendly assistants, but had to wait an hour to replace a faulty earring, after driving 40 mins back to the store, just for the assistant to ask the manager to ‘assess’ the earring. He looked at it for one second and confirmed a replacement was warranted. Could have easily tapped him on the shoulder and confirmed it when I first arrived and I would’ve been out in 3 minutes. Please fix this process. Parking isn’t cheap.

My sisters and I visited this store today and were helped by Tricia. Her knowledge of diamonds was amazing. She could not have been more helpful and informative, time wasn’t an issue and we didn’t feel under pressure at any time. What an asset to the store she is!! Highly recommend this lovely lady.

The staff is very helpful and advises on your needs. Lisa was very helpful to us when purchasing products. Variety of products available across diverse price range.

Great efficiency and great customer service of managers solving our issue with Zip pay promotion deals. We like to thanks Esther, Declan and Amber for taking quick and prompt action to resolve the issues. We also like to mention Judy's name as star sales person with good knowledge and very customer focus person. We will definitely buy things from store again.

I bought a watch from Michael Hill some years ago. Recently it stopped working and I tried a new battery. This did not work, so I called Michael Hill. They asked me to send watch in to them and they would see what the problem was. I was notified by Esther that they could not guarantee that a repair would work, so they offered to replace the watch for me. I am so grateful to Esther for her wonderful customer service. Thankyou
