Good customer service and the staff is very pleasant even though there's a number of people there. Many different ranges and the price is alright. Bought few charms when I went there. Spacious store and the displays are pleasing to the eyes.

Exceptional customer service today by the lovely Verity! I was acknowledged the moment I walked into the store and not only did she find the charm I was after but she put it together with a chain and let me try it on prior to purchasing. She was also informative and happily answered the questions I had in regards to the product. This is probably the best experience I've had at a Pandora store and I'm so happy with my purchase! I would like to say on Saturday 9th January.
I came in to use my gift card from Christmas. I waited in a small queue to be seen. Wasn't in the best of moods. But I saw the most beautiful shop attendant. She had the best smile and manner. Her customer service was excellent.
