Super friendly staff, the store is set out so nicely and the merchandising. Always super tidy and never have a bad experience coming to this store.

Good fashion clothes at reasonable price

First time in shop looking for my daughter she really didn't get much help. I didn't like the fact that I was making more the effort to get assistance in the store.The only thing about it was I joined up and got $10 off with my first purchase.Not a fan

We came in today (26/11/2023), shop open at 10.30 am which was stated on Google of 10.00am opening time. The Asian lady is the only staff working with a very moody face and rude attitude. Throwing pink boxes and boxes on the floor behind the counter, it was a really loud noise. Customers looked at each other with unhappy faces. Answering customers with aggressive tone and made no eyes contact while replying “word” to customers.We have been customers at this particular store for years, your staffs are normally very lovely and we come from eastern suburb just to this store because of the service. But today your Asian lady staff was way too rude to come back again. If she doesn’t want to work, Ally should NOT employ her. She represents Ally and that makes Ally look really bad and will be worse. So if any customers come to this store and greet by this staff should know about her in the very first place. I’d suggest to go elsewhere.

One of the worst places to shop with terrible customer service. The girl working there is so rude and you have no other choice as you will find her most times there so no chance to expect better service. If by chance you go for returns you will experience the most pathetic and embarassing moment with the way they treat you.

Went in don't think they were interested to sell anything.I opted to go to Ally"s in Ingle farm.Bought 2 dresses,they girl there are most helpful and approachable..
