Looked on line last night. Rang store for availability. Items held back. Cindy was fantastic from first contact to point of sale.I was able to surprise my beautiful cousin with a special gold heart diamond pendant and chain. She does so much for so many people. Hubby also surprised me by purchasing a new ring to replace my wedding band that I can't resize as it's engraved as I've reduced weight. Highly recommend Prouds Inglefarm with their customer care and professionalism.❤😊

Be aware or their returns policy. I bought a pair of earrings asking the lady if I check the colour in daylight outside the shop door, can I return them. She was happy to let me do that.. I was gone maybe 10 minutes, decided they weren't the colour I thought. When I went to return them was told I could only get an exchange or credit note. This was not told to me at purchase. Tho it was pointed out to me on the receipt...fat lot of good that is after purchase!! The manager knowing I was quite annoyed did refund me; buyer beware!!
