I am a long term client of Mia’s who consistory falls off the wagon and everytime I reappear she welcomes me back with a friendly smile, a joke and zero judgement. She is the most accepting person who offers a world of knowledge and complete understanding. I love how her attitude to exercise is about how it make you feel both mentally and physically and not so much how it makes you look. I would recommend Mia for everyone, but especially women in their childbirth years and menopause stage.

The best trainer going around! I love everything about Mia and the community she has created at You and Mia Fitness. Mia brings fun and expertise to her training, with a focus on strong not skinny. I can't recommend highly enough.
