I called to make an enquiry to ensure that the vet I was using to de-sex my puppy had provided me with a reasonable quote. The young lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful and informative. It turns out that I am being quoted what is called the “gold standard”. She was so helpful that I know that there is an alternative vet if I need one. Thank you so much.

Our elderly Dalmatian Ruby is receiving monthly visits from the mobile Vet for help with her arthritis. We are so grateful to have the Vet visit her at home as she was very anxious visiting the clinic and would jump around making her joints worse.She has a really good relationship with Katrin and Ruby can relax on her bed straight after her treatment plus it’s a lot less stressful for us.

My dear cat Foxy needed dental surgery, and Wayville Animal Hospital - Pets and their People were able to have her in the needed surgery within a couple of days. I knew what to expect price wise, the before and after consultations were kind and professional, and the treatment, which will be ongoing for a while, is all helpfully booked in for me in advance. The before and after surgery pain relief given helped Foxy immensely, and the conscientious follow-up checks much appreciated. I am very grateful to Wayville Animal Hospital - Pets and their People. We recently bought a puppy so took it to Wayville based on the reviews. The service and advice from the staff at Wayville is detailed without being overwhelming and was very welcomed. They also offer puppy school for pups to learn social skills and general advice to us from the instructor. We used this opportunity to take our young daughter to learn/gain experience and bond as well. We found Wayville to be a great place with not only knowledgeable, but caring staff as well. Highly recommend Wayville vet clinic.

I have a very anxious and scared dog, it’s always very stressful to get her to the vet. I called ahead and everyone was super supportive and nice. Dr Jane was the first vet my dog has ever let hand feed her a treat and Jane was super calming. I was super stressed my dog would react poorly and the service has really taken the anxiety out of my future visits 🙂

Can highly recommend Wayville Animal hospital. We were looking for a better experience from our vets, and gave them a try as local to us. What a difficult first visit: we needed help with our 20 year old beloved cat who was close to the end. So appreciative of their care of him and gentle, thoughtful and quick assistance to help him go to sleep when it was time. Vet services can be expensive, but this vetinary practice seems very reasonable. Very pleased to have their care for our young dogs and new kitten.

We live in the same street and when our Buddy wandered out and was turned in to the Hospital, the wonderful staff called to let us know and then dropped him back home to us! Love, love, love

Dr Callain H is reassuring, calm, empathetic and yet determined to problem-solve my cat Iris' respiratory issues. We've had to visit several times already this year, and while vet consultations are not cheap anywhere as a rule, my girl is getting the best care available in the area where we live. The staff are efficient, sympathetic and do their best to remember their patients' names.😺 Thank you for caring!
