If we could give 6 stars, we would. Had a fabulous experience with Kylie first and then Hayden. 4 month road trip - from Melbourne. Broke our Prado back door and car couldn’t be locked. 2 month wait time for all repairs all over Alice (I went to six mechanics!). Hayden took time out and sorted us the best he could (lockable door!) and got us on our way again.
Seriously - everyone was so nice! It was a fabulous “people” experience in Alice. So happy. 🙏🙏🙏

What an amazing experience. These guys are great! Kylie was really understanding about the distance I needed to travel and was very willing to accommodate my needs, it was really appreciated. Especially after the run around the other place gave me. The work on my car was amazing and really quick, especially when they had to get everything from Adelaide. If you need any panel work, I 100% suggest Kylie and Hayden and their team! 10/10 in everything, work, customer service, etc. Thank you guys!

What a great company, I live in my 1990 hiace full time and I pulled in to ask about my rear door not closing and if they had any tips. It had been a problem for many months, I’d ordered parts online, refitted parts, visited numerous wreckers and had nearly given up. I was greeted by Hayden, absolute gentleman. He came out and looked at it immediately, pulled the door apart and fixed it! I was also missing the lock knob which are impossible to find anymore and he made one out of a trimmed down wall lug. To top everything off he didn’t even charged me and just wished me happy travels. Great outback service with a smile. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Thanks again for you help.

Really helpful, honest and friendly staff and excellent, quick service. They gave me a no BS quote and also a quick fix as they were understanding of my situation. I couldn't recommend P&V enough. I was recently reversed into and the team at P&V were incredibly accommodating. They gave me honest advice that resulted in a much cheaper outcome for myself (and less income for themselves I'm sure) and their customer service was fantastic.

Whilst road tripping from Darwin to Adelaide we had a tyre blow out which bent some of the steel near the van wheel out of shape making it impossible to complete our journey, effectively stranding us in Alice Springs.

While nobody else in town would give us the time of day without advanced bookings, the guys at P&V Panel Works were attentive and sympathetic. Despite being busy themselves, they heard us out and and made short work of the problem so we could be on our way.

So grateful for these legends!

After a very traumatic accident we dealt with this repair company. Unfortunately our car was written off but the staff couldn’t do enough for us. If every you need some repair work done while in Alice Springs do not hesitate to contact these people.

These guys are great! They've done an amazing job on the ute I originally thought they would have to replace the panels but they've managed to use the original and remove the dents. It looks amazing cant tell it has had an accident. Highly recommended!
