I went in with no booking to ask if they could check a dash warning .....no problems. The young blokes were only too happy to help.(and they were very busy)Fixed with a smile and on my way. Legends.

Took the work car in for a service, the check in process was painless and while waiting for the free courtesy bus I was presented with an awesome free cappuccino by the smiley manager of the guest services lounge area. The courtesy bus driver needs special mention though. One of the nicest and most approachable people I have met for a while.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They fitted me in for a 20k service at short notice. The check in procedure for a service in the morning is like a military operation. You line up and staff walk down the line of vehicles and check you in using a tablet. The courtesy bus drops you off and picks you up. Courtesy bus driver is super nice.

Very friendly, helpful and informative staff. Efficient and honest service. Their waiting lounge is well stocked with free wi-fi. Bought a Holden Astra there and have been very satisfied with their follow-ups and answering all my queries quickly. Has capped servicing too. Highly recommended if looking to purchase a vehicle.

I have a 2004 Toyota Hilux. I have been in the Territory for 3 years and am now reluctantly returning to Sydney.
I needed a replacement near side front park light. Both Mark and Wade at the parts department were extremely friendly and efficient. They understood my urgent need to get the part ASAP. They had the part expressed to Alice and even delivered it to my smash repairer!
I was a parts interpreter for 18 years and I know how difficult the job can be.

The team at Peter Kittle are amazing. Arrived into Alice and car then wouldn't start. Helped us straight away with identifying the fault so we could get back on the road. Can't thank them enough!

Took my land cruiser in to get the handbrake adjusted. 4 weeks later they replaced the rear diff. Pulled into the work driveway this morning to discover the handbrake still doesn't work. 5 stars
