the Mildura store has great costumer service. my old computer died the night before and i walked across on my half hour lunch and was in out in less than 15 minutes with a new computer that suits my needs. Jordan was a wonderful help in choosing the right laptop that would suit me going away to uni and stayed in budget.

I have brought most house hold products from The Good Guys and the last few times I've had the same sales person Sammy, he is amazing and will always do everything he can to get you the best price, I am so happy with my purchases.

Great place to shop for your household appliances. Friendly staff that will share their knowledge on what you're looking for in a product. They can even arrange delivery if needed. My daughter bought a fridge and she will have it delivered to Renmark in a few days, saving me the hassle of getting it there for her.

Great range, can be as expensive as Harvey Norman so buy when specials are on. I recently bought a coffee machine, Dolce Gusto $99, about $45 off. Because I'm a member, they gave me another 0.50 cents off, thanks!
They have another Nescafe machine on promotional special $55. Bargain.
Staff on floor are extremely helpful and friendly, not so ladies at checkout, a bit like their 'you know what' doesn't stink.
Good guys are a good place for their good specials.

The staff were very helpful. We bought a vacuum cleaner and was served by Roland S ( sorry did not catch the name, but got this off the receipt) and he went above and beyond to help us.

Halo if you’re thinking of going to the Good Guys stop thinking just do it; I used to shop at Harvey Norman until one day they didn’t have what I was after, so I went to the Good Guys, have been going there ever since, they have become my first stop, the staff are friendly and helpful and there prices are usually better than most, Dave Swift, myself and family are very happy customers at Good Guys Mildura;

These guys are REALLY GOOD GUYS . They helped us with our warranty on our tv even though we bought it in Bundaberg Qld . The staff are friendly and courteous cannot speak highly enough . Highly recommended
