Hoys continue to provide excellent service and current range gear. I’m impressed with the way they care and communicate with the young members of our group(s).
It’s an business that also fulfills seasonal employment opportunities, but to see some familiar friendly staff faces, either two or more seasons in a row, provides a positive impression.
On mountain service provided to adjust or replace gear, or swap with a $15 fee between skis and snowboards.

Great servicenand good equipment. It's good that you can drop the rental gear to a different Hoys location. We picked them up from Dinner Plain and dropped them off at Jack Frost which was really convenient.

Great service from Zack, Colin, and the crew. Professional, friendly and helpful. Excellent support for a downhill skier crossing over to learn the XC basics.

Ski rental prices on the mountain aren't cheap (but then again, nothing on the mountain is cheap). At least they carry cross country skis at their Jack Frost store, even if they're the skinny metal-edged version. The staff were reasonably helpful too.
