ACHAL Specialist Medical Centre

I've attended Achal Centre for the past 8 years and have been very happy with the service. The receptionist is warm and friendly, and Dr Singh has always treated me respectfully. I highly recommend this Centre.

I rang up on behalf of my disability client to reschedule their appointment because they're really sick and the receptionist was extremely rude when I called, there is no one to answer the phone unless it's 2pm on Mondays or Wednesdays so you can't call on a Tuesday to reschedule if you're sick and can't call up earlier on the day either!

I then got asked for my full name after being told that I cannot reschedule for my client because I wasn't down as a consenting person (which I was fine with, and was in the process of organising my client to ring), I politely declined to give my full name for privacy reasons and then got insulted and sworn at! Extremely upsetting and will not be recommending anyone to go there until this receptionist receives further customer service training.

She's also getting aggressive with my client.
