I have to say 10 out of 10 for enthusiasm, communication, reassurance and support. From selling with John in Coleraine, buying with Nic in Hamilton and Kerry in the office . Nothing was ever any trouble. The team at SGLRE made my real estate journey a very easy and enjoyable one. Can't thank them enough!

We dealt mainly with Brigid and found her friendly, accessible, helpful and knowledgeable. We felt she had our property preferences in the fore front if her mind and contacted us when they became available. Though we didn’t end up buying in the area we are grateful for her professionalism.

This real estate is the most "low quality of service & stole money fm your rental income without notice & approval". It is waste money - you paid 5.5% of management fee, but you have to manage your own. eg: Never go to inspection even said will inspection for every half year, did not take picture / condition report at the beginning of lease, caused argument when tenant moved out. Property damaged but no report you till you found out yourself, requested a plumber to check and quote but 4 months later ended up arrange 1, but charged you $450 for inspection and did not fixing, this fee without notice me, finial vacate inspection had to do my own, the new fixing needed my new agent to arrange for them! The directors (one called Heath Templeton) are hopeless, I complained and they lied, they are not intention to solve the issue. The property manager young and lack of knowledge, lied all the times, 1 time, I requested to meet me at shop, last min texted me to cancel the appoinment, I have travelled 3 hrs on the mid way... So, I have to take legal action to against this company and write review here . A very untrusted company.
