Rosewood Farm

My cats spent 3 weeks at Rosewood Farm this January. This was our second stay. The cattery is clean and spacious and the cats were happy and well looked after. My outdoor cat really appreciates the ''room with a view". Highly recommended compared with other catteries in Melbourne.

Archer just spent five days at Rosewood Farm. Cannot recommend highly enough how professional, amazing communication, prompt pick up and drop off service and a genuine love of animals. Will definitely use their services again.

Left my cat here over Christmas/New years, the place was super busy but extremely clean. You can really tell the cats are being well looked after! Will definitely be coming back next year !

We had a great first time experience with Rosewood Farm. They were able to fit my 2 cats in with very short notice and they were well looked after. The 2 people I spoke with were fantastic, happy to answer questions and phone calls. My cats came home happy and healthy. We will use Rosewood Farm again and I will recommend to others.

This is the second year my cat has stayed at Rosewood Farm (last year for ~10 days and this year for 7~) and I won't be taking her anywhere else. Love the new renovations, the office/reception area looks amazing!! Everything is always clean and the staff/owners are caring and attentive.

I’ve brought my cats to Rosewood Farm’s Cattery twice now, and had great experiences both times.
I feel like I can really trust that we’re leaving our fur babies in good care.
The rooms are clean, secure & have plenty of room! I loved that the rooms have both an indoor & outdoor area, as our cats love to be in & outside.
Our cats are always happy & well-fed when staying here, I wouldn’t take them anywhere else ☺

Me&Ma came home safe and sound. Can't say he really 'enjoyed' being at Rosewood Farm but they certainly looked after him well!!

Always amazing and they take took really good care of our cat, Boots. Easy to book and good availability. He received the attention we appreciate for our cat and they often voice any concerns.

Izzy our gorgeous cat stayed at Rosewood Farm recently and let me say what a place. It was Izzy's first time there, from the moment we walked we were all made very welcome, no question was left unanswered, everything was explained well, a tour of the facilities was not an issue. The cattery section is very cleaned and well maintained, size of the rooms were amazing. When we came to pick up Izzy she was happy and healthy (obviously ate everything). We recommend Rosewood Farm to people as a top rating boarding facility. Izzy is booked for 3 more stays this year. Thank you everyone at Rosewood Farm for taking care of Izzy.

Recently, I had to go overseas for several weeks and was searching for a place for my cat Friday. The places I visited in Melbourne offers a cage with no view to the outside world. I was not happy as Friday was an outdoor cat who loves spending time outdoor during the day. While checking out places in Melbourne, someone mentioned Lara. I did some googling and found Rosewood Farm in Lara. I went all the way to Lara to check it out and was happy with what I saw. Even though it was still a cage but each cat has a window to themselves which they can sit all day if they want and watch the world go by. Feedback from farm owner Steven was Friday was enjoying himself and surprisingly quite social as well.

I would recommend this place to board your cat.

I can’t thank this cattery enough for looking after my cat over the holidays! The staff are really friendly people who really care about the cats. My cat did not seem to want to go home during pick up! Which is a very good sign that she enjoyed her stay at Rosewood farm. The staff are also very helpful when answering any questions. Highly recommend.

So glad we booked our cat at Rosewood Farm. Facilities were clean and spacious and our cat was very well cared for. Hassle free which allowed for us to have a very relaxing holiday. Would definitely book again. Highly recommend.

Had a really good experience with this place when a last-minute urgent situation came up. Place was very clean, cats all seem to have access to their own private little outdoor sunspot. Billing was easy, receipt of payment to my email. Both staff I spoke to were lovely. You do need to drop off and pick up during set hours, but they are open every day. I'd feel fine using their service again.

I was very impressed with the customer service and I was kept in the loop about all aspects of Tibbles holiday. I even received a photo of her during her stay and she was clearly happy and without a care in the world. I recommend these caring people will take good care of your fur-baby and I will be using their services again.

Due to Covid19 & personal reasons we haven't been away for over 3+years so were quite anxious about leaving our 20+ yr old cat.
We have used Rosewood Farm for many years previously & without exception Stephen & Peter are fantastic. As Hosts they are welcoming to both owners & their cats & the cattery is clean & more than adequate for a feline holiday. Our Cubby cat came home healthy and happy .. a testament to the care she has received.
We think she misses her sunny spot & attention from the boys & staff, as she is looks at us like: "why did you bring me back here? "🥴 Thank you all @ Rosewood Farm - Rob & Lyn

Couldn't be happier. Had my 2 cats here for nearly 3 months this year and Stephen and Peter and are both super caring and lovely. Jet had issues with eating etc and they really went above and beyond to help. They also didn't mind me visiting them each week even working in with me for times.
