Absolutely the best and most trustworthy place I would ever leave my dogs. One of my pooches is a nervous boy and they made his whole stay amazing. Tended to his needs and made sure he was comfortable for each and every night he was there. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I have left my cat here a few times now. Amazing staff who are friendly and helpful. My girl is always happy to come back. She loves the outdoor cat area!

Great facility for your dogs. plenty of space and zones for Doggies to play and relax. clean facility, staff are amazing, so attentive and caring to all the Dogs in their care. Hot days, i noticed a couple of dogs playing in the swim area with a fully fenced-in section that has a water park set up for the animals ,i thought that was pretty cool . 😎 👍🏼 other than that, you can genuinely see that the staff love their dogs in their care .

From drop-off to pick-up, Pets Country Club surpassed all expectations. The caring and professional staff created a safe environment tailored to my dog's individual needs, showing genuine affection throughout. Impeccable cleanliness, transparent communication, and flexibility make this facility our top choice! I wholeheartedly recommend them – a second home where my dog was not just cared for but cherished!

Just wanted to say thank you. Our dog is getting on in life and we mentioned when we checked in he doesn’t do dry food anymore and doesn’t eat much. When we picked him up you told us what you fed him and that he basically loved it. We have since brought some and sure enough he can’t get enough of it. Although he has stayed with you numerous times before, it’s nice to know that you do treat each pet individually according to their needs and is very reassuring to their owners.

Staff are lovely and really great with our dogs. It’s piece and mind for us that are safe when they stay and they seem quite happy to go in when we drop them off which says it all

I have been taking my dog to The Pets Country Club for years. She is a nervous dog so it was hard for me to leave her initially but over time she is much more excited to go, so I don’t worry anymore, I know she is very well looked after. The staff are amazing at looking after her and the customer service is brilliant!

This has been a happy home away from home for our boy over many years. One time the attentive staff even saved his life when he needed an emergency operation and provided excellent post operative care while we worried about him from overseas. Recently as an older dog with a couple of issues, they were receptive to some individual requests to help make him comfortable. Five stars from us!

We have been going to Elcho Park Pet Hotel for 20 years. They have cared for our various furbabies wonderfully well. Whenever we pick our animals up they are always happy, healthy and exhausted from all the fun they have had. We know our animals are safe in your hands. Thank you all the staff at Elcho.

Everyone is so friendly at The Pets Hotel Country Club. I always feel that my pup (Labrador) is left in great hands and well taken care of; my dog comes home smelling lovely, very happy and tired from all the socialisation and play times! Many thanks to the great team.

I wouldn't leave our two girls (Border Collie and Husky) in anyone else's hands! This place is the best. They had our girls just over a week. They were well fed and looked after. Lots of activities including splash time, cuddles and wash. Really lovely staff. Definitely put us at ease leaving them the longest time we have ever left them. 100% recommend and we will be using them again!

Amazing place to leave your beloved pet. Payment method is easy. Care is fantastic. They even have been helping for fleur to come home by pet taxi that I have arranged. I am unable to collect her from my surgery.

We love the Pet's Hotel Country Club's daycare! My dog Barley is so excited every time we pull up outside and cannot wait to play with all the dogs. We have seen massive changes in her behaviour as a result of taking her to Pet's Hotel a few days a week - she's way less reactive to other dogs and will happily snuggle on the couch with us after a long day of play. The girls know her well and we are confident that she is well taken care of when she's there.
