The doctors ,nurses, receptionist are so caring and wonderful. Many many years my Dr. has been terrific! I have met the others too , all exceptional at their jobs....they all really care and it's appreciated! There abilities to listen , be patient, helpful , so knowledgeable, their devotion to being the best doctors ...which they are!!!

This clinic is excellent. Highly organised. Friendly and efficient reception staff and nurses. Our Dr Vivienne Ramsbottom is a first class medical professional. Her experience and knowledge has been a literal lifesaver for us. Dr Ramsbottom’s compassion helped us through the most tragic and difficult anguish of our lives and both my husband and myself honestly believe we would not be here today if not for her. We trust her completely. The clinic operated throughout 2021 and 2022 with maximum COVID protection and we felt comfortable at all times. We have at other times had consultations with other Drs in the Practice and they are all first class. We cannot imagine going elsewhere.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff and most of the Doctors are very good and don't simply label you into a box, showing compassion and understanding while being supportive of your needs.

As a long term patient I always have a productive and positive experience from greeting, GP consult to pre booking next appointment/payment etc.
