Calvino Coffee Southbound

I was bit down due to personal reasons and took a break at this juncture for 20 minutes. I just had a coffee and it was right temperature and creamy.. Forget notice the person name at 10:30 today being very friendly and smiling… Had my coffee and feel lot better to proceed to work… This shows how important it is to have a nice friendly smile and wonderful service.. thanks you made my day.

Service was good, we had an iced coffee which was pretty good, didn't find the ice cream until the end. Would still go there again

Great place for quick coffee on the road

Great coffee and lovely barista, but can't believe the management here think ONE member of staff can make coffee, serve food, take orders and process transactions! If you need your coffee in less than 10 mins there's other options 10 metres away e.g. Olives or even McDonald's if desperate. They really need to put on two staff during busy holiday periods.

Needed a coffee, gone here as my first choice rather than McCafe which was right across from each other. The lady who was making the coffee did not acknowledged that i was waiting order and worst is that some lady came out from the back room also did not acknowledged and quickly gone back into the backroom. Disgusting attitude by both, customer service zero. Never ever again from this business.

Coffee was lovely but me and my family being abused and yelled at by a member of staff was appalling. I only asked the lady to move her car so I can get in my car as she was parked so close I couldn't get in without hitting her car. The yelling and abuse towards us followed. I will never get a coffee from here again

Excellent services! I have been the place nearly every weekdays. 7 at the morning, they're on a break. 7:30 on the break. 8 still on the break... How about you write on your board "l'm on my... break forever" ... one star for the coffee beans. They deserve it.

Can't complain about the customer service....as it was non existent. Rude young woman, who needs to be taught the art of dealing with customers. When asked if I could use a card, to which I replied no sorry, my change was literally thrown at me. Hmm training required will go to McDonald's next time.

Service centre coffee shop that closes at 2pm, absolutely useless.
