Woolworths Ararat

I had no trouble parking under the new carpark canopies. It wasn't very busy so I was able get the items I wanted quickly and was able to exit straight away through the checkout.

Had a young guy on checkout, very helpful, and smiling, nice to see he was enjoying his job .

I would just like to thank your staff member, Tania, for doing an amazing job checking me out. It was less of a check out and more of the "personal assistant experience" that executives with PA's must have. I looked up from my phone to see her packing stuff into a 7 litre tupperware tub I bought, and packing the rest of the bags so efficiently. She managed to pack a whole trolley into a few bags, all so well organised with perishable stuff at the top, fridge stuff together, using the bags like Dr Who's Tardis. I only truly appreciated it when I got home and unpacked. She even set my Big M chocolate milk aside and said at the end "Did you want this left out?". Yes, I did! I had forgotten. I drank it on the my way to the car. I do not mean to denigrate the wonderful, often thankless task that checkout people do but honestly, Tania, you are too good for your pay grade.

Great place to shop. I was there on a Tuesday night.
All the staff in the aisles were very busy chit chatting to each other and having a blast.
Good on them.

We went in this morning hopefully for Cobloaf. We needed three. The amazing lady behind the bread counter gave us three freshly backed Cobb Loafs when she saw our panic at there not being any out yet. You are amazing and made our day.

Order quite alot from here having a large family. Great we can get delivery (56 kms out of town) Always quick to deliver nothing broken and packed correctly every time. So thank you :)

Easy store to shop in .the best thing is mostly everything is in the same area unlike some shops that keep moving their merchandise around to other areas of the shop .great range of everything you could possibly need .

Like any other woolworth, easy to find stuff, friendly staff.

Entering and exiting must be careful due to the dip. Big store and very friendly staff. Lots of parking available.

Went to Ararat Safeway this morning and was served by a lovely lady named Jody. Lovely, genuinely friendly and packed my groceries perfectly!

I love to shop at Woolies, with my Woolworths Rewards card, to shop for the specials we all know and love. Thank you Woolworths.
