Planet Feelgood is an absolute hidden gem. Lisa is constantly updating her knowledge on the latest research in movement, lifestyle and recovery. If you’re looking to create longevity for yourself and workout smarter, not harder, this is the place to be. I only wish every town had a gym like this. Lisa is a true inspiration and role model.
