Elgas is expensive comparatively and is happy to continue charging you well over the standard amount that competitors charge for 45k gas, rather than being proactive and looking after their long term clients. We are closing our account after discovering we were paying $18 above the standard rate of their competitor before negotiation. Absolute disgrace and complacency which will hit their bottom line after other clients discover their underhand business practices!
