Jodie from the Photo Centre department went above and beyond to help me download photos from my phone. She was kind, patient and genuinely wanted to help me print out my photos. Jodie was happy to keep problem solving to help me gain success.

Imrose just gave me better customer service than I hoped for. Patient and caring manner when dealing with me when purchasing a new laptop, made the effort to search for the right laptop for me and looked after me when I had a misunderstanding on their anti-virus offer.

To the lovely lady in the photo print area. Everytime I go to the Horsham store you go above and beyond to help me with my canvas pictures. Even though you are due to knock off. Thanks. A fantastic staff member. 5 stars.

Bought a new TV and had a few problems with it Matt was more than happy to swap for a new TV with no fuss whatsoever and make sure I was totally happy with my purchase. Went here to buy a new front load washing machine. The salesman who assisted us was so helpful and knowledgeable of the range of products. We got an excellent price, too. We ended up buying a new 55" television, too. Harvey Norman sure has a great range of products at competitive prices. They are also open on Sundays - not like their competitor. Thank you Harvey Norman.
