It’s often said that buying Australian made is a waste of time. Well Cam is a man that believes the opposite. Aussie Mattress’s Wodonga is the brain child of Cameron Lees. He insists that every mattress he designs should be made from quality, Australian made components. (Unlike some others).
His product is unique. Great quality at a highly competitive price. And the service and communication is just as good. Highly recommended!

They don't answer there phone

Very good salesman, knows what to say and when to say it to make a sale. We purchased a top of the range king size bed that had a 15 year warranty. We even payed extra to have pull out drawers fitted in the base. After a time we had an issue with the mattress which he said bring it in and he would have it repaired. Did this on his statement that it would be fixed and returned in a couple of days.( He said drop off Tuesday would be returned Friday.) Not only did this not happen but the saga carried on for five weeks until I said just give me my mattress back. He said he couldn't do this because he had already shredded my mattress. He said he would replace the mattress with a new one, but again this did not happen. Needless to say at this stage I advised that legal action would now be taken and low and behold my mattress turned up that night. This was not a brand new mattress but miraculously my original mattress which had come back from the shredder to be dropped off the back of his drivers Ute onto the ground then rolled up against the wall. The driver did not even ring the door bell for assistance, just dropped it, took a couple of pictures then left. The only reason I have marked one star is because you cannot put none.

Don't answer calls, don't respond to emails. We've already paid for our mattress, no communication. What's going on?!
Went to the shop this morning, build up of mail inside the front door, can't all be due to lock down 😖 just some feedback would be wonderful.
