Kam's Chinese Restaurant

Huge servings and amazing food. The people serving the food were lovely. I would surely recommend this restaurant to the people travelling in and out of Adelaide going to Melbourne and passing Swan Hill VIC. Worth the money! 😊

THE BEST honey chicken and steamed rice, the chicken tasted fresh and served with a generous amount of caramelised honey, so filling and the best I've had in a while!!! The owner even cared enough to follow up asking if sesame seeds were ok when I was picking up as I'm alergic to dairy eggs and nuts. Beautiful food, I would dine here as a go to if I lived local!

Some of the best Chinese food I've had to date. A definite Swan Hill food highlight. The staff were really friendly as well :) Clearly very popular as there was hardly an empty table.

The food is absolutely brilliant and full of flavour. We were on our way through Swan Hill from Adelaide and I checked out their reviews first. Based on the high number of positives we decided to try it and boy were we glad we did. The staff were very good and the owner is quite a character with a great sense of humour. All I can say about those who left negative reviews is “you need to get out more”.

Excellent food, better than 90% of the Chinese restaurants I have been to in Melbourne.
Staff are friendly and efficient with fast service.
Prices are on the high side which is a downfall for a country town restaurant.
Have been there many times but being charged 10% public holiday surcharge with no extra staff other than family being on means we won’t be back, pity.

Busy tonight but service was still pretty good and quick. Food was spot on again - Boneless Duck with Peking sauce.

Clearly a family business: in a good way. The staff and atmosphere are friendly and unironcically wholesome. It's "western" style Chinese food but in Swan Hill that's what the locals want and they clearly love it: take-away business was non-stop during our visit.

Everytime we go through Swan Hill we stop and have lunch or pick-up food on a return trip.
That says it all.

Passing through on the way home to Adelaide and Kam's was within walking distance of my motel. I only had the good old basic of Chicken Chow Mein and it was delish! Good size serve and nice and hot too. Staff friendly, service fast, plenty of parking and a lovely roomy atmosphere. Highly recommend.

The best Chinese take-away we've had in a long time. Chicken & veg was delish, fried rice had so many ingredients and so tasty as was the home made dim sims. Highly recommended.

Best food and service by far in Swan Hill. I wouldn't return to any of the other eating establishments that I tried before finding Kam's. Now I wouldn't go anywhere else. My desire is to live long enough to sample all dishes on the extensive menu.
