Highly recommend the team at hello world, when we had a trip disrupted by the qld cyclone, Nic went above and beyond to get us away to a new location. Nicole is also really easy to work with and always gets the trips just right.

Absolutely fantastic experience with these travel agents. If you really want/need support through, what can be sometimes, a bit of a daunting process (especially post Covid) I would highly recommend going with this wonderful local team of agents.

Attempted to support a local business but what a waste of time. It would have been easier to book myself online - the unprofessional customer service was very disappointing and I truly hope changes are made ASAP. I will NOT be supporting this business again and will be recommending ALL my friends and family to go elsewhere.
