Nero was terrific and we were very pleased with his work. Our very old, marked carpets and rugs were given a thorough, deep refresh, and he was very punctual, efficient and extremely pleasant. Very responsibly, he locked up on completion and let us know, welcoming any questions about drying times etc which he answered helpfully.

Had a fair bit of communication and advice before we got a quote and had the job completed very quickly and to good quality.

Nour was fantastic. ( Probably incorrect spelling-sorry). The tracking tool allowed us to see exactly when he was due to arrive. He was friendly and very efficient. The carpets look fantastic- he was a pleasure to have in our home. He also explained how the machine works so I understand why the same spot can't be gone over many times. Over the years I have recommended this business to anyone I know who wants their carpets cleaned as I feel that they actually clean the carpet- not move the dirt to a different place.

We had a large area of tiling steam cleaned. It came up shining and fresh, the grouting much cleaner. Michael was prompt and pleasant, we were really pleased with his efforts and would absolutely use this company again.
